Our aim is to get you out of an institution, and back home as soon as possible. Together with your rehabilitation co-ordinator we create a Care Plan and can set you up with Transitional Care to enable you to get home as soon as possible. [top] How can I give my family a rest?
Often we rely on members of our family to provide our care, and we appreciate how much pressure that can create. To help we provide Respite Care to give you and your carers a well deserved break. [top] What is Attendant Care?
Attendant Care enable individuals to live at home independently by providing care for your personal needs, like bathing, dressing, toileting, shaving and other daily living support needs.

Domestic Care is focussed on looking after your household, like cleaning, washing clothes, ironing, gardening etc...
